Order Processing
- Custom embroidery: Made-to-order items typically take 7–14 business days to produce before shipping.
- Ready-made items: In-stock products ship within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Please check back later as we expand our shipping options.
Delays & Issues
- Texas Threaded Needle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
