Return & Refund Policy
At Texas Threaded Needle, many products are made to order. This page explains what can and can’t be returned, and how refunds work.
ImportantCustom Embroidery & Customized Items — Final Sale
- All custom embroidery and personalized items are final sale.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged.
- Please double-check spelling, sizes, logos, thread colors, and approvals before placing your order.
30-Day Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
For ready-made, non-custom items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in the same condition received: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at Mis@texasthreadedneedle.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label (when applicable) and instructions.
Note Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
For custom embroidery, we replace or refund only when the error is ours (e.g., wrong thread color, wrong item, or placement differing from the approved proof).
Exchanges
For non-custom items, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (Non-Custom Items)
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return your non-custom order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order goods (including custom embroidery).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at Mis@texasthreadedneedle.com.
